I would like to secure my access to the CloudFlare account. Is there a 2-factor authentification available for the CloudFlare accounts?

You can enable 2-factor authentification for CloudFlare:

My Profile -> Authentification

There are 2 options available:

Security Key Authentification

Mobile App Authentification

You can use the Google Authenticator App to the use the Mobile App Authentification method.
